This type of the Free Accounting installation is for those users who install the Free Accounting the first time or make the installation and get the clean copy of the Free Accounting database.
This option installs the Free Accounting software and database engine files to the computer. Please refer to the Free Accounting Installation topic to find out how to start the installation.
Note: There is no opportunity to change the database name in this type of the Free Accounting installation.
- Create new Free Accounting login. Fill in the information about the user:
First Name - Enter user first name.
Last Name - Enter user last name.
New Login - Create new login name the user will use to connect to the database.
New Password - Create new password the user will use to connect to the database.
- Press the Next button.
- Specify the folder to install Free Accounting to. To install to a different folder, either type in a new path, or click the Change button to browse for an existing folder.
- Press the Next button.
- Select a Free Accounting shortcut folder. To use a different folder, either type in a new path, or click the Change button to browse for an existing folder
- Press the Next button.
- Press the Next button to proceed with the Free Accounting installation.
- Press Finish button when you will see the Free Accounting Installation successfully finished screen.
