If you want to view the list you should select Lists / Person Profile Lists / State/Provinces List from the Free Accounting Main Menu or press either
or on the Commands Panel and select States/Provinces in the Navigation Pane.
Use the following steps to add a State/Province into the Free Accounting application:
- Select Lists / Person Profile Lists / State/Provinces List from the Free Accounting Main Menu.
- Right click in the Preview Pane and select Add.
- Enter the required information into the fields. After saving, this information can be edited in Free Accounting by right clicking in the Preview Pane and selecting Edit or just by double clicking on the line. Check / uncheck the Active check box to make the new entry active / inactive in the list.
- Press the Ok button.

Country - The country in which the new Sate/Province is located.
State/Province Code - The code for the new State or Province.
State/Province Name - The name of the new State/Province.

Use Search function to find the State/Province you are interested in.
