In the current Free Accounting window a bill can be made.
You can open this window using
Menu Bar / Vendors / Bills List or selecting it from the Navigation pane
by pressing the Vendors button on the Commands Panel and selecting Bills List.

If you want to create a bill in the Free Accounting program you should right click in the working window, and select Add.
Enter the required information, save, and finalize the current document using Toolbar.
If you want to create a new bill, you should fill in the following fields in the recently opened window:
Vendor - The person who sells some product, he is to be chosen from the drop-down list.
Memo - The field to make some notes about the bill.
Bill # - The number of the current bill that is auto assigned by the Free Accounting application.
Reference Number - The number of the reference document.
Date - The date when the current bill was created.
Terms - The terms agreed between the Vendor and your company, they are to be selected from the drop-down list.
Due date - The date by which the bill should be paid.
In the grid the following fields are to be filled in:
Account - The name of the account from which the money are taken to pay the bill.
Description - The description of the bill.
Amount - The amount paid to the vendor on the current bill.
