The Free Accounting context menu contains a range of options, which provide an easy and convenient way of managing Free Accounting data. To see this menu
right-click on the blank space of the window you want to change data in or right-click on the entry you want to change.

Refresh - Refreshes the presentation of the data in Free Accounting.
Show dependencies - Shows the connection of all objects in the Free Accounting application.
If an object has dependencies it can not be deleted unless all the dependencies are deleted. The whole structure of the dependent objects in Free Accounting can be viewed by right-clicking on the object in the window and choosing the Show dependencies button.

Add - Adds a new record.
Edit - Edits the existing record.
Delete - Deletes the selected record.
Hide Inactive/Show All - Shows/hides all the records that are currently inactive.
Search Bar - Shows/hides the Search toolbar. See Search function for more information.
Hierarchical/Flat View - Click this button to see the hierarchical structure of all entries with parent and child ones or only the list of existing entries without any hierarchy. This option is commonly used in lists.
Clear Filter - Removes any search filters set for the current list of entries.
You can also add, edit and delete the entries with the help of the Free Accounting main menu. Highlight the entry, click Edit on the main toolbar and choose the necessary option. Use the appropriate buttons on the Navigation Bar to perform the above-described actions.
