The Button Bar menu contains a range of options, which help you to easily manage the Free Accounting data.
The options available from the Free Accounting Button Bar are the following:
New - Click on the arrow near this button to add a new record in to the Free Accounting application. You can also choose
File / New on the Free Accounting main menu for adding a new record.
Print - Clicking this button will open the Print window in which choose the settings for printing. Check the Collate Copies check box if you want each copy of the report to be saved to a different file. You can also choose File / Print on the Free Accounting main menu to print reports.
Search - Select the report in which you want to search the information and click this button. The Find window will appear. Enter the data you want to search for in the current report in to the Find What field and click the Find Next button. The Find function will find all the instances of the searched text in the document. You can also choose Tools / Search on the Free Accounting main menu to perform the search in reports.
Memorize - This button is active when you have some report opened. Click this button to memorize the report you want to.
You can also choose Reports / Memorize on the Free Accounting main menu to memorize your report.
Modify Report - This button is active, when you have some report opened. Click this button to modify the report.
You can also choose Reports / Modify Report on the Free Accounting main menu to make visual changes in your report.
Delete - Click this button to delete a record in the Free Accounting application. You can also choose Edit / Delete on the Free Accounting main menu to delete the records in the program.
Refresh - Click this button to refresh the presentation of the data in the Free Accounting program.
New Navigator Window - Click this button to open the Company Menu window.
Back - Click this button to return to the previous opened window.
Forward - This button becomes active only if the Back button was clicked. It takes you back to the window you viewed before the Back button was clicked.
Up One Level - Takes you up one level in the Navigation Pane tree of the Free Accounting application.
Online Help - Click this button to get additional help on the Free Accounting Software online forum.
