This is a Free Accounting list of the countries in which your Customers and Vendors are located.
To view all the countries in the Free Accounting system select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Countries List from the Free Accounting main menu or
press either 
or  on the Commands Panel and select  Countries in the Navigation Pane.
Take the following steps to add a new country into the Free Accounting application:
- Select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Countries List from the Free Accounting main menu.
- Right click in the Preview Pane and select Add.
- Enter the required information into the appeared window. After saving, this information can be edited in Free Accounting by right clicking in the Preview Pane and
selecting Edit or just by double clicking on the line. Uncheck the Active checkbox if you want the country to be inactive in the list.
- Click the OK button.
