Note: This feature is available only to registered users.
You can memorize the reports in Free Accounting you made changes to.
After you modified the report settings in Free Accounting (for more information refer to the Modify Report page) you can save the changes made to refer to this report later.
Use the following steps to memorize a report in Free Accounting:
- After you modified the report, select Reports/Memorize on the Free Accounting main menu or click the Memorize button on the Button Bar.
- Enter the necessary information in to the fields of the Add Memorized Report window:
Name - Enter the name for the memorized report.
Prototype - The name of the source report you want to memorize. It is selected by default, and you cannot change it.
Package - The name of the reports subsection you report will be saved in. Select the subsection name from the drop-down. If you select the Memorized Reports package, the report will be displayed in the Memorized Reports folder and in the Memorized Reports List. If
you select another subsection, the report will be displayed in it and in addition in the Memorized Reports List.
- Click OK to save the changes made.
To view Memorized reports, go to Reports / Memorized Reports on the Free Accounting main menu, or select the
Memorized Reports folder from the Navigation Pane.
