Click on any report to make the Reports Toolbar visible. The options available from the Free Accounting Reports Toolbar are the following:
- First Page - This button takes you to the first page of the report.
- Previous Page - This button cycles through the report pages in the reverse order.
- Next Page - This button cycles forward through the report pages.
- Last Page - This button takes you to the last page of the report.
- Sort Direction - In the Sort by drop-down list choose the field you want to sort the records in and select either descending or ascending type of sorting by clicking the appropriate buttons.
- Export - Note: This feature is for registered users only. Click this button to export reports from the Free Accounting application. For more information see the Reports Export to different file formats window.
- Zoom - In this field choose the zoom value and set the report size that is the most convenient for you.
- Page # of - In this field choose the number of the report page you want to view. Click on the number with the "+" sign near it to display the report page and the program will show the next page if it exists. If there are no pages left, the program will stop showing you the page numbers with "+" signs.
- Sort by - In this drop-down list choose the field you want to sort the reports by and click the Sort Direction buttons. The values of this drop-down list vary for different reports.
