In the Free Accounting Items Reports folder, you can find the following reports:
- Inventory List Report
- Item Catalog Report
- Physical Inventory Worksheet
- Inventory on Hand
Free Accounting Inventory List Report
The Inventory List shows the current range of the items available for sale and purchase.
To add new items your company can work with, select Lists / Items List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Items List).
The Inventory List Report provides the detailed listing of the various items available for sale and purchase.
It shows the information about the unique number of the item (Number), Description.
To open this report, select Reports / Lists / Items List on the Free Accounting menu.
Free Accounting Item Catalog Report
The Item Catalog shows the current range of the items available for sale and purchase.
To add new items your company can work with, select Lists / Items List from the Free Accounting menu.

The Item Catalog List Report provides the detailed listing of the various items available for sale and purchase.
It shows the information about the unique number of the item (Number), Description and Price.
To open this report, select Reports / Lists / Items List on the Free Accounting menu.
Physical Inventory Worksheet Report
The Physical Inventory Worksheet report shows the actual amount of the items recorded in the Free Accounting system. The purpose is to adjust the financial records so that they match the actual number of the items in the warehouse.
To take a physical count of your inventory, use the printed form of the Physical Inventory Worksheet report. It allows you to keep track of items shrinkage, theft, etc.
The Physical Inventory Worksheet report shows the information about the Item's number, Description, Quantity on Hand and a Physical Count column to record the actual amount of the counted items.
To open this report, select Reports / Lists / Physical Inventory Worksheet on the Free Accounting menu.
Inventory On Hand Report
The Inventory on Hand report shows the actual amount of the items recorded in the Free Accounting system.
The Inventory on Hand report shows the information about the Item's number, Description and Stock Quantity.
To open this report, select Reports / Lists / Inventory on Hand on the Free Accounting menu.
