In the current Free Accounting Tutorial lesson, you will learn how to view the documents that reflect reports after the month's work of the company.

Trial Balance shows a listing of the account balances.
- Select Reports / Accountant and Taxes / Trial Balance on the Free Accounting main menu.
- You should see the similar report on your screen:
This report proves that the requirements of the double-entry accounting have been met while working in the Free Accounting application.
After the listing of the account balances, the footing of the debit column and the credit column of the trial balance should agree.
If the two columns agree, the trial balance is said to be in balance.
