Customers and Receivables
A/R Aging Summary Report

The A/R Aging Summary report shows aging summary for all the Customers.

Num - Customer's ID.
Name - Customer's name.
Unapplied Pmt - The dollar amount of the unapplied payments.
Total - The total dollar amount overdue.
The 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and >90 columns show overdue balances for the previous billing periods. For example, an amount in the 31-60 column is between 31 and 60 days overdue.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging Summary from the Free Accounting menu and set the date range to calculate aging for that period.

A/R Aging Summary By Sales Person Report

The A/R Aging Summary By Sales Person report shows aging summary by all Customers taking into account the Sales person who works with the current Customer.

Customer - Customer's name.
Unapplied Pmt - The dollar amount of the unapplied payments.
Total - The total dollar amount overdue.

The 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and >90 columns show overdue balances for the previous billing periods. For example, an amount in the 31-60 column is between 31 and 60 days overdue.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging Summary By Sales Person from the Free Accounting menu.
Choose parameters to create a report:
Select the date from the calendar.
Click the All or Selected Sales Person radio button and select a sales person from the drop-down list.
Press the Ok button.

A/R Aging Details Report
The A/R Aging Details report shows the detailed aging information for all the Customers.
Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Source - The source number of the transaction.
Num - Customer's ID.
Name - Customer's name.
Terms - The terms of the transaction.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Open Balance - The open balance for the Customer.

The 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and >90 columns show overdue balances for the previous billing periods. For example, an amount in the 31-60 column is between 31 and 60 days overdue. For each period all operations are shown regardless of whether it was an invoice or journal entry, etc.

To run this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging Details from the Free Accounting menu.

A/R Aging Detail By Customer Report

The A/R Aging Detail By Customer report shows the detailed aging information for a specified Customer or all the Customers within the period that has been set by the user.

Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Source - The source number of the transaction.
Terms - The terms of the transaction.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Open Balance - The open balance for the Customer.

For every Customer all his charges are shown as a list of operations for the current period. The last line in the report is the total amount the Customer owes your company.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging Detail By Customer from the Free Accounting menu.

A/R Aging Detail By Sales Person Report

The A/R Aging Detail By Sales Person report shows aging details for all the Customers taking into account the Sales person who works with the current Customer.

Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Num - The reference number of the transaction.
Terms - The terms of the transaction.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Open Balance - The open balance for the Customer.

The 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and >90 columns show overdue balances for the previous billing periods. For example, an amount in the 31-60 column is between 31 and 60 days overdue.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging Detail By Sales Person from the Free Accounting menu.
Choose parameters to create a report:
Select the Date from the calendar.
Click the All or Selected Sales Person radio button and select a sales person from the drop-down list.
Press the Ok button.

A/R Aging United By Customer Report

The A/R Aging United By Customer report shows the Customer's charges, open balance, aging, and total balance - the amount that the Customer owes our company for the current period. This is an extended report for all or for a specified Customer for the period that has been set by the user.

Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Source - The source number of the transaction.
Terms - The terms of the transaction.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Open Balance - The open balance for the Customer.
Unapplied Pmt - The dollar amount of the unapplied payments.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging United By Customer from the Free Accounting menu.

A/R Aging United By Sales Person Report

The A/R Aging United By Sales Person is an extended report for all or for a specified sales person for the period that has been set by the user.
The current report shows the Customer's charges, open balance and aging, as well as the total balance - the amount that the Customer owes our company for the current period. All the Customers are classified depending on the sales person who works with them.

Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Num - The reference number of the transaction.
Terms - The terms of the transaction.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Open Balance - The open balance for the Customer.

The 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and >90 columns show overdue balances for the previous billing periods. For example, an amount in the 31-60 column is between 31 and 60 days overdue.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / A/R Aging United By Sales Person from the Free Accounting menu.
Choose parameters to create a report:
Select the Date from the calendar.
Click the All or Selected Sales Person radio button and select the sales person from the drop-down list.
Press the Ok button.
Set the date to calculate aging for a specified date. Run this report for all the Sales persons or select one from the drop-down list to see the report.

Customer Balance Summary Report
This report shows a list of all the Customers that you work with and their balances for a specified date.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Customer Balance Summary from the Free Accounting menu.

Customer Balance Detail Report

The Customer Balance Detail report shows the detailed information about the Customer's balance. It shows the balance for the beginning of the period and the Amount column shows whether the money goes from or comes to the Customer's account.

Type - Customer's ID.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Source - The source number of the transaction.
Account - The account the transaction affected.
Amount - The dollar amount of the transaction.
Balance - Customer's balance.

To run the report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Customer Balance Detail from the Free Accounting menu and set the date to see the balance for this period.

Customer List Report

The Customer List report shows a list of all the Customers that you work with. This report shows detailed information about the Customer.

Code - Customer ID.
Name - The full name of the Customer.
First Name - The first name of the Customer.
Last name - The last name of the Customer.
Phone - Customer's phone number.
Fax - Customer's fax number.
Balance - Customer's balance.

To run the report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Customer list from the Free Accounting menu.

Open Invoices Report

The Open Invoices report shows information about all unpaid or partially paid invoices.

Type - The name of the Customer the invoice was created for.
Date - The date the invoice was made.
Num - The reference number of the invoice.
Terms - Payment terms.
Due Date - The date the payment is due.
Aging - The number of days the payment is overdue.
Open Balance - Customer's open balance.
To run the report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Open Invoices from the Free Accounting menu and set the date to see the balance for this period. This report can be viewed for all the Customers as well as for a specified Customer.
The report can be sorted by the following columns: Customer ID, Name, Branch, City, Postal Code, State, Phone, Fax, County and Country.

Statement of Account Report

The Statement of Account report shows the status of open charges, credits and payments for a specified Customer or for all the Customers.

Date - The date the transaction took place.
Type - The type of the transaction (payment, charge).
Source Invoice# CM# - Source number.
PO - Purchase order number.
Payments Charges - The dollar amount of the charge/payment.
Adjusted - The dollar amount adjusted.
Unapplied Payments - The dollar amount of the unapplied payments.
Total - The total amount.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Statement of Account report from the Free Accounting menu.

Transactions List by Customer Report

The Transactions List by Customer report shows all the transactions that were made for all the Customers within a selected period of time.

Type - The type of the transaction that took place.
Date - The date the transaction took place.
Num - The transaction reference number.
Memo - The description of the transaction.
Account - The number of the account the transaction affected.
Clr - Whether an entry was cleared or not.
Split - The dollar amount of a split transaction.
Amount - The dollar amount of the transaction.

To open this report select Reports / Customers and Receivables / Transactions List by Customer from the Free Accounting menu and set the date range.
