Inventory List
The Inventory List shows the current range of the items available for sale and purchase.
To add new items your company can work with, select Lists / Items List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Items List).
The Inventory List provides the detailed listing of the various items available for sale and purchase.
It shows the information about the unique number of the item (Number), Description.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Items List from the Free Accounting menu.
Terms List
The Terms List provides the detailed listing of the existing terms.
To add new terms your company can select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Terms List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Terms List).
The Terms List shows the information about available Terms, the number of days within which the bill is to be paid (Days to Pay),
Early Discount, Early Days To Pay, Late Charge, the number of days from the invoice date, that the late charge or fee takes effect (Late Days To Pay).
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Terms List from the Free Accounting menu.
States Provinces List
The States Provinces List provides the detailed listing of all States and Provinces with which you company can currently work with.
To add new States or Provinces your company works with select Lists / Person Profile Lists / States/Provinces List from the Free Accounting menu.
(States/Provinces List).
The States Provinces List shows the information about the Country, the code for the new State or Province (State/Province Code), the name of the new State/Province (State/Province Name).
To open this report select Reports / Lists / States/Provinces List from the Free Accounting menu.
Units of Measure List
The Units of Measure List provides the detailed listing of all the Units of Measure which your company uses.
To add new Units of Measure your company uses, select Lists / Units of Measure List from the Free Accounting menu.

The Units of Measure List shows the information about the ID or two-letter abbreviation code (Code), Name, Description of the each unit of measure.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Units of Measure List from the Free Accounting menu.
Tax Jurisdictions List
The Tax Jurisdictions List provides the detailed listing of all Tax Jurisdictions which your company uses.
To add new Tax Jurisdictions your company uses, select Lists / Tax Jurisdictions / Person Profile Lists from the Free Accounting menu.
(Tax Jurisdiction List).
The Tax Jurisdictions List shows the information about the name of the new jurisdiction (Payable To), Country, State/Province, City, the person who can be got in touch with (Contact Person).
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Tax Jurisdictions List from the Free Accounting menu.
Inventory Control Journal List
The Inventory Control Journal List provides full information of the movement and cost of each item in the inventory.
To view the Inventory Control Journal select Company / Inventory / Inventory Control Journal from the Free Accounting menu.

The Inventory Control Journal List shows the information about Transaction ID, Date, the quantity of the items that came INTO the inventory (In Qty), the quantity of the items that came OUT of the inventory (Out Qty), Item Number, Item Description, the unit of measure of an item (UOM),
Total Cost of the entire transaction, the reason why the items have come into or out of the inventory (Reason Code),
the reference number of the transaction (Reference Number): Receipt of Goods, Invoice Entry for or Physical Adjustment, Comments.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Inventory Control Journal List from the Free Accounting menu.
Companies List
The Companies List provides the detailed listing of all the companies the work of which you manage with the help of this application.
To add, edit or delete the records of the companies select Lists / Companies List or Company / Companies List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Companies List).
The Companies List shows the information about the Company name, Country, State/Province, Address, Phone, Fax of the company.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Companies List from the Free Accounting menu.
Customer Class List
The Customer Class List provides the list of the classes that are used for defining the Customers' business type.
To add new Customer Class select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Customer Classes from the Free Accounting menu.
(Customer Class List).
The Customer Class List shows the information about the code of the Customers' class (Code) and the description of the Customers' class (Description).
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Customer Class List from the Free Accounting menu.
Employees List
The Employees List provides the list of Employees who work on your company.
To add new Employee select Lists / Employees List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Employees List).
The Employees List shows the information about First Name, Last Name, Description, Phone, Fax, E-mail, Company.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Employees List from the Free Accounting menu.
Ship Via List
The Ship Via List provides the list of carriers or methods of transportation that are used to transfer goods to a Customer or from a Vendor.
To add new Ship Via select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Ship Via List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Ship Via List).
The Ship Via List shows the information about Shipping Code and Shipping Method.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Ship Via List from the Free Accounting menu.
Ñountries List
The Countries List provides the list of countries in which the Customers and Vendors your company work with are located.
To add new Ship Via select Lists / Person Profile Lists / Countries List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Countries List).
The Countries List shows the information about name of the countries where the companies you work with are situated.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Countries List from the Free Accounting menu.
Item Catalog
The Item Catalog provides the list of the items available for sale and purchase with their price.
To add new items your company work with select Lists / Items List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Items List).
It shows the information about the unique number of the item (Number), Description and the Price of the item.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Item Catalog from the Free Accounting menu.
Vendors List
The Vendors List provides the list of the Vendors from who the company purchases their items.
To add new Vendor select Lists / Vendors List from the Free Accounting menu.
(Employees List).
The Vendors List shows the information about the unique, ten-digit, alphanumeric number that identifies the Vendor (Code), the name of the Vendor's company (Name), First Name, Last Name, Fax, statement of account for the specific Vendor (Balance).
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Vendors List from the Free Accounting menu.
Payee List
The Payee List provides the list of the Payees who are to receive money from your company according to the agreed conditions.
To add new Payee select Lists / Payee List from the Free Accounting menu.

The Payee List shows the information about the unique code that identifies the Payee (Code), Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Fax.
To open this report select Reports / Lists / Payee List from the Free Accounting menu.
Customers List
The Customers List provides the list of the Customers who your company works with.
To add new Customer select Lists / Customers List from the Free Accounting menu.
