United States and Canadian states and provinces are listed in the State / Provinces List. If a Vendor's
or Customer's address is located in a different country the user will need to add a State or Province for that address.
To view the list select Lists / Person Profile Lists / State/Provinces List from the Main Menu or press either
or on the Commands Panel and select States/Provinces in the Navigation Pane.
Use the following steps to add a State/Province:
- Select Lists / Person Profile Lists / State/Provinces List from the Main Menu.
- Make right click in the Preview Pane and select Add.
- Enter the required information into the fields. After saving, this information can be edited by right clicking in the Preview Pane and selecting Edit or just by double clicking on the line.
- Press the Ok button.

Country - The country in which the new Sate/Province is in.
State/Province Code - The code for the new State or Province.
State/Province Name - The name of the new State/Province.
Use Search function to find the State/Province you are interested in.
